Screeding before laying your paving may be important

Screeding can be carried out by professionals who know exactly what they are doing. It describes the way in which your bedding is constructed. The bedding must be well profiled so that the bricks or the paving can be directly laid atop its surface with no requirements for further levelling. A bed of this kind is usually constructed to a depth of about five to 10 mm. The paving is then compacted down to the level that is required. Other factors to take into account are the moisture content – for this reason, the bedding will have to have uniformity in terms of its “ingredients”.
